Chaeyeong (Margo) Lee

Chaeyeong (Margo) Lee is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Communication at Rutgers University. Her research examines the intersections of emerging technologies, organizations, public policy, and public communication, focusing on energy and digital infrastructures. She is interested in how institutions and public actors respond to technological uncertainty, how policy is developed and communicated, and how these processes shape public trust and institutional legitimacy. Her work also explores how public opinion and polarization develop within increasingly complex media and information ecosystems.
